Preguntas, preguntas....

Why sometimes my chest hurts so much like I'm gonna die from a heart atack??? And my arm gets so heavy, numb, tingly, I get shortness of breath. I do remember this was one of my first horrible symptoms and got sooo scared that always ended in ER, and of course they always told me YOU DON'T HAVE NOTHING go home you are crazy, and they read my file and said OH WE SEE YOU ARE IN THERAPY, GOT ANXIETY AND DEPRESSION ALSO YOU ARE IN TREATMENT WITH ANTIDEPRESANTS AND HAVE REFLUX, BAD GASTRITIS.... The list go on, and on 😟 just remembering all that stuff. Any one else with that kind of pain?? Iam new to fibro 😲😱😵😫😎

Esto lo acabo de escribir en un grupo de apoyo de FM en facebook. Recuerdo que antes me ponía muy, pero muy ansiosa por ese dolor y obviamente eso lo aumentaba. Hoy puedo decir que me controle bastante y paso más rápido. 

Debió haber sido una combinación entre el mal sueño que tenía, la pose, agruras y... La fibro??? Jajajaja ya mencione que tengo fibromialgia??? 😝 

El buen humor qué nadie me lo quite!
